As with most 100% cotton sheets, they do wrinkle, but this does not bother me and is probably exacerbated by my tendency to leave them in the dryer too long. I'll be buying another set; you can't beat 400 thread-count sheets at this price! Also, other reviewers concerns about ship time were not an issue for me. I received them roughly a week after ordering.
