(More customer reviews)I am redoing my bedroom and I want to invoke the feeling of a well done beach cottage without beachy objects everywhere. On the basis of the first reviewer I ordered this duvet in the king size. The dimensions on the web page state the size as being 108" x 96" (quite large by duvet standards). I also found this duvet on other sites and the dimensions were also stated as 108" x 96". I chose a filler (down alternative) based on these dimensions, and it was quite a challenge to find one that would fill this large duvet cover. The package dimensions say the duvet is 106" x 90". I measured the duvet to be sure and THOSE MEASUREMENTS ARE THE RIGHT ONES, NOT THE MEASUREMENTS ON THE AMAZON SITE. I received the duvet yesterday and the colors are beautiful, it is very rich looking, and super soft to the touch (although it has a strong chemical smell and will have to be washed immediately). As stated in the previous review, the colors are soft blues and taupe. The background color is not pure white as pictured on my monitor. It is more of a creamy white, almost a light almond. Also, the reverse side of the duvet is this soft creamy almond color. The duvet has a hidden button closure and is very well made. The duvet itself is a quality piece and feels very luxurious. It is a beautiful duvet, but now I have to return the comforter insert I purchased and find a smaller one. I have contacted Amazon and asked them to correct the dimensions, but whether or not they will is another question.
