(More customer reviews)The packaging for these sheets does not have the thread count on it anywhere - I almost returned them just for that reason - I wanted to be sure I wasn't getting anything lower than 300 thread count. Reluctantly I took them out of the packaging and they had a nice weight/feel to them & the embroidery is very pretty so I decided to keep them. I ran them through the washer with some fabric softener and dryed them on low heat and they held up nicely - didn't seem to shrink at all (the pockets on the fitted sheet are nice & deep), didn't pill, and they are actually soft and are very comfortable to sleep on. They're definately not 'no wrinkle' though, and they do not have a crisp texture at all so don't expect the pretty embroidered border of the pillowcases to lay flat/stand up so you can really see the design, it doesn't. The embroidery is also only on one side of the cases - doesn't go all the way around. I ordered the Ivory and it is more yellow than the off-white coloring that's pictured - that actually worked out fine for me b/c they coordinated better with my bedding, but just be aware that if you're looking for the off-white ivory color pictured, they are not actually that color.
