I purchased these from "Sheetsnthings". When the package arrived, I was pleased by the appearance and "hand" of the fabric used in these sheets. I had, however, made a mistake and ordered the wrong size (California King instead of King.) This was my mistake, not the seller's. I was in a hurry and didn't double check my order and, in spite of the listing being clearly labelled "California King Size Sheet Set" I finalized my order and didn't realize my mistake.
The seller immediately processed my return and the money was credited to my credit card account before I even realized they had received my returned item. Couldn't ask for more. I ordered the correct size and I have washed and used the sheets twice. They launder well, are reasonably soft and have a nice "hand" (not too thin, not too stiff.)
Based on this experience, I have placed another order with sheetsnthings receiving the same good service and quality product.
I'm sold.
